I am hoping to carry out a systematic review using a Cochrane Style search – I have found the method for doing this in the Cochrane Reviewers Handbook but do not understand the actual terms. Please can someone tell me what .pt .sh .ti .ab etc mean so I can formulate my search method?

I am considering purchasing it, and was looking for user reviews. I know you can get them from the website, but I never trust those reviews because sometimes people are actually paid to write them. Anyone used the videos? I have the original Power 90 and am in decent shape, but was looking to tone up a bit for my upcoming wedding. I currently use the Turbo Jam videos and Slim in 6 series, but was looking for something a little more advanced.

yeah, i use p90x and am currently just finishing up phase 2 so im approaching day 60. if your set on buying a home fitness program, this is definately the one to go with. it requires dedication though, and if you dont stick to the diet plan expect only half results. but if you give it 100%, i can assure you that you will like your results. the videoes are set up in such a way that no matter what your goal, tony will teach you how to achieve it. whether your skinny trying to get big, or big trying to get lean, or just a little out of shape trying to tone up, tony wil tell you exactly what to do for each move and they are all effective. the only tips i have are 1) stay motivated, dont skip workouts. 2)stick to the diet or at least a reasonable diet of your own. 3) pick the right weights for your goal, tony will explain that to you in the videoes though. 4) give 100% during every workout, 80% effort will get you 80% results is what i always say.

What site do you use to research your cars? I am looking to buy a 01 caddy and cant find any realy good sites with reviews for that and the towncar I am looking at.
